International Text message sending problem

Hi.. i got the error code 65536 when i sending text messages to outside canada.message sent successfully but it didn't delivered.

That's a new one, I haven't seen that before either.  As @ShawnC13 said, send the Mods a message and have look at it.

I got this errors code in message details tab.
