I have just purchased the 400 min Intl Long Distance (Incl Canada & US) and when attempting to call Australia I get a recording saying, "Sorry but talk is not part of your current package."

Suggestions on how to fix this or get a refund on the $15 add-on fee are welcomed.

@gmwoodmanYou may need to go to a convenient store to buy international calling card. They are normal $5 or $10.

Unfortunately, Australia is not one of the country included with the add-on.

Included countries: Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela.

@gmwoodman Yes, that is correct. ATM, PM only offers LD calls to 18 countries listed here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Plans-Add-Ons/Calling-an-international-phone-number/t...

Since this is a prepaid service, you might not get refund. So i suggest to just keep it in your account. You never know when you will need it.
