I purchased 300 international call minutes and have gone to use them and it's telling me to purchase more to complete the call. When I check my account it shows 300 international call minutes are on there. Need to know why it doesn't work.

Need to check which country that phone number is.
If you need a refund or a credit to your account, you will need to contact customer service agent. Click on the chat icon on right lower corner of website and submit a ticket.

Hi I believe it's the Netherlands as it's Booking.com, however, I had 300 international minutes prior to the 300 minutes that I purchased and they worked fine. If they aren't going to work then I'll need a refund for the cost of the 300 minutes.

Which country are you trying to call? Only calls to Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Thailand are included.
