I registered and paid and installed physical Sim and can't activate the account leg alone transfer my existing #

hi @Foxyava 

did you use the Public Mobile app? if you only used the web to activate, you have not completed the subscription yet, you still need to download PM app, login and complete the rest of the steps

But if you already used the PM app and got to the last step, Step 6, and the PM sim card still does not work, ask PM support agent to help.
