Hello,
When I signed up I used me friends referral code. Nether of us have received anything - is there a way to look into that?

Just to be clear on the referral credit.
The person using the referral code will receive a one time $10 within 3 days.
The person gave the referral code will receive $1 credit/month under the old Rewards system or 1 point/month under the new Points system. Check with your friend what system they are under.

This happens fairly often and a CSA can usually manually get the proper credit for both of you

@Newuser13 , by chance were the accounts in question set up after January 25, 2022? Public Mobile switched to the point system as of that date. Legacy accounts remain on the old $ reward system unless the customer decides to switch over to the points system.

YOU would see the $10 discount for using their referral code.
If you don't see this $10 showing below in Available Funds on your self-serve, definitely contact Customer Support and have your friends referral code on hand when doing so:

Your friend can check their rewards site to see if your phone number is listed under their active referrals.
You should have received a $10 credit within 72 hours of activating - is that in your Available Funds balance in self-serve?
EDIT:
When your friend enters the rewards site, their page should look like below... there, they'll see the last 4 digits of all folks they referred... if yours is there, the referral is active.
