Good Afternoon,
I noticed that my monthly charge for using 3GB of data increased from $22.60/month (taxes included) for my February-March bill to $27.12/month for the monthly bills since then.
Despite the increase charge, I still receive the same 3GB of data monthly.
Can you please explain why you increased my monthly charge without providing me with any additional data. For the record, I did NOT request any additional data.
In addition, my husband also uses Public Mobile. His monthly bill including taxes is $24.86/monthly for 6GB of data.
Can you please explain why you increased my monthly charge for the same amount of data (3GB) and why my husband's account pays less than I currently pay even though he is entitled to twice the amount of monthly data (6GB versus 3GB).
Could you please advise me if I am entitled to a refund for the additional costs I have incurred these past couple of months and if so please apply the credit to my next monthly withdrawal.
Thank you

were you on the $20 plan in Ontario?
only two particular plans had a moderate price increase started April 1st
Public Mobile notified affected subscribers about the price change in late Feb via SMS, giving subscribers the required 30 days notice.
To make up for this, Public Mobile also offered affected subscribers upgraded plan with more data at the same price. Please check your My Account > Change Subscription and see if the better plan is still available there.
