Transferring my number from Fido via eSIM and got a text message saying I have entered the incorrect ESN/MEID. I have my Fido account number to provide as an alternative, but don’t know where I can contact them (they said they would call shortly but I did not receive a call). If someone could give me a way to submit my account information that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@Stelight I will private message you a number to call, check your inbox in a couple of minutes (envelope icon top right or tap your avatar). Make sure to have your Fido sim in the phone to reply YES (all caps) to the authorization text.
