Incomplete number porting

Activated SIM card January 05, 2021. 

Transferred number from Bell Mobility (or tried to)

Unable to receive calls. However; I can call out to anybody.

Cannot receive/send any messages to anyone who is not on Public Mobile

 Tried to submit ticket to Moderator Team, was unable to. Checked every box off, filled every column, still can't submit.

did you try calling the port number above?  that usually is the best and fastest..

Try this:

 

Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click on the chat bubble in the lower right and type moderator assistance, then select account-related issue, then select you need a human now.  Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.

 

That should allow you to submit a ticket for Moderator assistance.

 

In the interim, try re-booting phone, remove SIM card and reinsert, and reset network settings.
