Incomplete number port

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin
  • I recently switched to Public Mobile from Virgin Mobile. It seems as though my phone number has not been ported over fully or correctly. I am able to recieve calls and texts from some phone numbers, not but others. Also my old Virgin sum card/account is still active.

Please help. (:
