Incomplete Fido Port, Please help

I ported my number over from Fido on November 6th and I am able to make calls, send texts, use data, but I am unable to receive incoming calls or texts.

 

I messaged a moderator on Friday and on Monday with my phone and previous account number but got no response. 

 

Can any other Mod please help?

@Rkvtycoon I'm not denying that. Maybe the mod noticed the bumb and realized it had been 11 days, so decided to make it a priority at that moment. I'm not denying persistence or luck don't play a role.

It's definitely all screwed up at the moment, nobody would deny that. I promise you it's not the norm.

Messaging PM on Twitter seems to be a much faster route for getting help. Some people have their no-service issue resolved wthin hours by going that route. I would do the same except... Twitter wants mobile phone verification before they will unlock my account 😕

And? She posted a "bump" and it got dealt with the same day. I imagine if she didn't post the bump she would still be without service and help. Reviewing posts it does seem like luck/persistence for others.

Did you not the read the post. She's been without service since the Nov 6. A lot longer than you. I'm sorry but your turn will come, maybe in the morning.

How the heck are you getting responses from mods when I have the same problem and it's been 5 days with no resolution or acknowledgement? It seems like it's all luck... Which is ridiculous.

Update - after a while, the port seems to have successfully completed and incoming calls can be received now. Thanks!

I am also experiencing the exact same issue after porting from Fido - No incoming calls, but everything else works.

 

I've just sent a message, but any help would be appreciated, thanks!
