I ported my number over from Fido on November 6th and I am able to make calls, send texts, use data, but I am unable to receive incoming calls or texts.
I messaged a moderator on Friday and on Monday with my phone and previous account number but got no response.
Can any other Mod please help?

Messaging PM on Twitter seems to be a much faster route for getting help. Some people have their no-service issue resolved wthin hours by going that route. I would do the same except... Twitter wants mobile phone verification before they will unlock my account 😕

I am also experiencing the exact same issue after porting from Fido - No incoming calls, but everything else works.
