Incoming calls do not go through after installing a new sim card

incoming calls/sms do not go through. Restart, update did not help. I tried to put the sim into another phone to test , and that fails to, Please reset network rom the back end

Did you to the text from your old carrier with YES confirming you are porting over to PM? There is a 90 minute window for you to reply.

Contact a CS_Agent to have you old carrier to resend the text if you missed replying.

@lvilenskaia are you a new subscriber? If so it could be an incomplete porting issue. I’ve sent you the number to call them to your private message. If you’re a current subscriber and this is a brand new error only after swapping sims, try to put the sim into another phone to test , and if that fails, send a message to CS_Agent and ask for your network to be reset from the back end. Hope this helps.
