If I cancel my subscription , I can hold on to the phone number for 90 days and during this time I can decide to re-subscribe.
During the 90 day period when the subscription is suspended:
-Will I still get incoming calls?
-Will my voicemail be active and will I have access to my voice mail?
-Will I have access to my public mobile online account so that I can resubscribe before the 90 day period ends?

Disabling auto does not cancel your subscription. It just turns off the automatic payments.
If you have available funds or money in your account you will be renewed again for another 30 days.
You could come back at anytime during that 90 day time to re subscribe again.

@yuvraj_public, you will not get incoming calls during the account suspension and your voicemail will not work either. You should be able to access your account to resubscribe but just make sure you are not waiting till the last day of 90 days incase you run into any issues. Better to do it with a few days to spare so that you can keep your phone number.
