Incoming Messages Not Received & I've Tried Everything I Can Think Of

A few days ago I noticed that I was not receiving text messages. Texts I was sending out were received by others, but their texts to me were not received by my phone.

I checked the Usage History here at Public Mobile and it is logging the texts that are coming in.

I am using an iPhone SE. I realize it's past any Apple Support, but I am checking that there isn't a solution that I'm not thinking of.

So far, I updated the software for the phone. Restarted it. Checked that it wasn't on airplane mode. Turned off iMessage and turned it back on. Checked the send and receive numbers. MMS and Group messaging are both toggled.

I appreciate any insights into this problem.

Contacted support. Working over a few days there was a reset and removal of SIM into another device and returned to my own phone. 

I would suggest to others to try removing the SIM for a bit and then putting it back in for this kind of problem.

@joharry2 , if you are having both talk and text problems, I would suggest reaching out to support to have your account reset.  I have had similar issues long ago and the account reset worked.  Use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.

I've had the phone for years. I've had PM for years. Never had an issue with people who are using an Android device. Here is someone messaging me from their Android.

And no actually, I can't receive calls either. Forgot to mention that because I hardly ever use it for calls. If someone calls, I don't answer. lol  I had my partner to test that last night and no call came through either.

but you can receive incoming calls?

and you just joined PM not long ago?

@joharry2 , if you have iMessage on, your contacts on android will not be able to communicate with you via text.  Android does not support iMessages.
