Impressed by the online CS agent/private message for number transfer

I screwed up my number transfer and it had to be re-requested.

I was very impressed. I needed the number transfer re-requested and the CS Agent confirmed my info and got the transfer request re-issued. H explained everything very clearly and kept me informed through the private messages. I thought it was going to be a headache but it was all seamless and all online.  I did not have to call in and be on hold and it all was completed within a few message exchanges and then 45 mins for transfer to complete.

It was Luis.  All messages were very clear, I understood his instructions very well. He informed me on what was the exact procedure, what to expect and the timing.  And when I finally got transferred over he went and rechecked the request and confirmed it was marked completed by my old provider. Solid work!  And yes I filled out the feedback link that was sent to me. 🙂

@curtis_riley , I love this, its great to hear positive feedback! I would love to know which CS_Agent it was! There’s a few that are no help whatsoever that provide incorrect information but several good ones that definitely go above & beyond to help, they deserve the praise for doing their job! Thank you for letting Us know! 🙂
