Hey everyone!
I just noticed that support@publicmobile.ca has emailed me!!! (WOW, super!). But the interesting thing is, it went straight to me "Deleted Items" folder because it failed microsoft's fraud detection standards...
So if you used an outlook/hotmail email account, check your deleted email folder, they may have responded.
Since finding the first response, I tried adding the above email address to the safe senders list in hotmail, but they still go to deleted items. Also since the first response, I have replied and have gotten responses 2 times!
