I want to remove Autopay but cannot find on to do so once I am signed in to my account.

Hi:

I chatted with SIMon and asked how to cancel autopay. I follow his suggestions as follows:

1. Sign in to My Account↗

2. Click on the Payment tab

3. Click on Manage Autopay

4. Click on 'Remove Autopay'.

But under the Payment tab I do not see “Manage Autopay” anywhere. I only see “Manage Payment Method” and no where in there does it give you an option to remove autopay. Can you help me please?

lol yet more outdated messaging.

Click in that Manage Payment Method and you should see a slider to turn off what is now called pre-authorized payments. Is your account active?
