Bear in mind, if you do this, you will have to pay manually before the end date of your cycle to ensure your renewal goes smoothly.
Unless, that is, you're moving services elsewhere in which case you're doing the correct thing.
Just make sure your public mobile services are active until the transfer of service is complete.

You can do that yourself from inside your My Account. Turn off auto pay feature.

for removing Autopay, you can do it yourself in My Account, payment page.
