Posts in the community are not directed towards a Customer Care person but to the user base, the responses are from fellow Public Mobile customers.

In order to replace a SIM card you will need to follow the instructions posted here 

They will send you a new SIM card and you will then have to log on to the self-serve site and change your service to the new SIM.

If you are presently a client you can request a replacement sim and change phone number to the new sim via your account once you log in.
