My brother paid his bill 2 weeks ago and last night it said out of service. How can that be fixed

Public Mobile is a prepaid service without call center.
Only PIONEER customers have access to the call center (before January 27, 2015) by dialing *611 from your mobile.
By logging to your self-serve account, if your account status show ACTIVE, try to reboot your phone.

How to send an email ?
Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose "My Account"
- Choose "Billing and Payments"
- Choose "I'm not sure if my account is active"
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.
An agent from Public Mobile will try to answer you ASAP.
