I tried an eSIM download, and even though the app had green ticked my IMEI, it didn't work. I bought and inserted a physical SIM but I cannot active it, the app continues to ask for an eSIM to be downloaded (without success).
I had a ticket ref. 359283-138 yesterday which directed me to buy a physical SIM. How to proceed from here? No phone number to use as a reference when trying to contact help and in the circle of hell when trying to use "chat".

@jansir Yes chat bot is broken Submit ticket with support to SIM card swap the number for you . Then you will be able to finish the activation on app
