I downloaded the recommended update, Android 5.0.2. Now I can't make calls, or access the internet. What should I do?

@Xxcoyotte you're going to need to visit your phone manufacturer's support forum/community, or google your issue.

This is not a Public Mobile support problem.
Others might be more familiar with what you have going on but I would suggest a factory reset.

Hello caroladele,
I regard a factory reset as a measure of last resort because it deletes everything on your phone since acquiring it. It doesn't, however, roll back upgrades.
Before doing a factory reset, switch to safe mode while your phone's power is on. Ensure that all settings are as they should be. While still in safe mode, turn the power off, and then boot into normal mode.
I hope that the above helps.
Cheers.
