If your Self Serve is causing you issues with the Payment process try opening a tab in incognito mode, or try a different browser or device.

Do you mean credit/debit card to setup autopay?

Not sure what you meant.. 

 

did you you mean:   you have $49 in your Available Fund ?  What is your plan amount?  

 

If that is the case, i assume you have a credit card on the system already.  Did you try to manual pay and try "Other" and enter the amount manually, enter what's outstanding on top of the $49
