When I click the My Account, the page is blank.
Is there something wrong?

It used to just be a blank plan that would show. Recently, almost the entire self serve site is sometimes blank, except for the categories at the top. I've noticed that when that happens, clicking on Overview usually makes the page appear properly.

@makkahn28 It seems to be working now.. try again? Has anyone else experience the following: every time I log in, I click the "sign-in" button and wait, but nothing happens, and I've always had to click the second time before it logs me in.. is this normal?

Contact with the server was lost before the entire document (webpage) finished loading.
So of course the partially downloaded page was garbled and your browser parsed it full of ugly.
This isn't a fault with the webpage encoding. It works fine when the servers aren't saturated by user requests.

I'm also having issues on Firefox, but not Chrome. The error message is as follows:

@makkahn28 Same for me. On pc, phone, tablet, cellular data, wifi, vpn. Noticed it... maybe 15 minutes ago.
As usual with public mobile, if self serve isin't working wait an hour and try again. Very common to short term have issues
