@Staliger wrote:@richardtnyauto If you can't call 611, then I would suggest to contact mods directly through private message: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 They reply within 48 hours, usually faster. Sorry to see you go. Did you find a better deal? Thanks and stay safe!
If you are sending a private message directly to moderator team, you should provide your PIN#, your phone number, account email address and detailed explanation of your issue. This is will allow moderator to access your account and verify that your are the owner of your account. This will save moderator to ask you for those information and saving 1 round trip communication time.
Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:
- Complete mailing address,
- Email address,
- Alternate phone number,
- Date of birth,
- Last top up date & amount

@dude65 If you do end up contacting the mods, might as well request a refund. Not legally required, but nothing to lose.

Contact the mods, and explain whats going on. I would also contact the CC company and tell them to stop PM from charging your CC as you no longer are with them.

@richardtnyauto If you are in Canada and still have the PM SIM, install it. Then call 611 as suggested and turn off autopay.
Otherwise, you will need to recover access to your account, so get a ticket: click https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question into SIMon. Follow/invent prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm your ticket has been submitted, check the SENT box in your private messages; click the small envelope beside your avatar at top right on your screen.
If you encounter problems submitting a ticket, you can send a private message to Moderators here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437, but this alternative method may have longer response time.

@richardtnyauto if you ported your number out, then your acccount is closed. If you didn't and know your 4 digit pin code , try @JoyLuck 's suggestion and use 611 to remove your credit card. If you no longer have access to the sim dial 1 855 4public .
Here's a link on how to use 611.https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Self-Serve/611-IVR-Menu-System/m-p/289352/highlight/t...
Sorry to see you go. Stay safe.
