I lost my phone and i cant get into my account cuz i they nedd a code from my phone number. How can i solved this if i dont have an access to my phone anymore? Please help

@Joanne59    Have you tried "forgot password"?  That should give an option to have the code sent to email or tel. number.

hi @Joanne59 if you do not see the option Send email, maybe your EverSafe not completely setup yet.  Please submit ticket to CS agent here

Click resend code and then choose the email option. Assuming you've done all the new system change over.

Please select the option to resend the code but choose the selection to send it by e-mail.
