Hello @rellik669,
To request a PUK code, you have to send an email to Public Mobile.
Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose "SIM & Activation"
- Choose "Activation"
- Choose "I activated my phone and SIM card more than 24 hours ago"
- Choose "I did receive an error message"
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.
An agent from Public Mobile will answer you before the end of tuesday.
