If It's too late to find one in a store, some online sellers of sim cards can provide you with the sim card details so that you can actvate. Check on online buy/sell websites such as ebay, kijiji, or craiglist and ask sim card seller if they're able to do that for you.  The account needs to be activated while the promotion is still ongoing.
