When to insert public Mobile SIM in.
Will I receive final email from public to replace SIM?

Sorry for the delay @AMINURR was watching NFL Football.
Now, you can turn off your phone, take out the old SIM card, insert the new Public Mobile SIM card and then reboot your phone. If it doesn't work right away, go to your network settings and reset them and reboot. This will force a connection to the Public Mobile network.

I did all steps, and receive email from public- plz note it may take 5 hours for us to transfer your number from your previous provider.
I check previous provider SIM status, it's inactive now.
Do I replace SIM now ?
Thanks

Can you elaborate? Your question isn't clear enough.
