@patti8888 ok, the screenshots are useful.  The transaction looks, right.  You loaded money twice, and used one of them for buying Roaming. 

 

You bought the Talk Text and no data

 

 

 

Try to manually select the Network on your phone, choose T-Mobile or AT&T and see which one connects and connects well

 

If neither work, try to drive away from your current location and try again.

@patti8888   They are not roaming add-on

 

And you are on $15 plan, right?  

 

you said you bought the roaming addon?

 

  Do you see any amount in Available Fund on My Account?  Can you show us the transaction log on the day you loaded the money for the US roaming add-on?

Try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser and go incognito.

@patti8888   Yes, Plan Details page could be broken at the moment.

 

How about the My Data & Add-ons box in Overview page?  does it show you your roaming data?

And how much available fund there?

Every time i try to view plan details, I get this....

@patti8888  You got charged twice, but does the roaming add-on showing up on your My Account Plan details page?

If on the Overview page, My Data & Add-on box, do you see a line showing roaming data?

 

How much is showing in Available Fund?

 

If you see roaming add-on in Plan details, try to manually select either T-Mobile or AT&T, do not leave it as Automatic, and see if it works

 

Did you get the welcome to the US text? If not then you'll need to connect to T-Mobile to get things working.

Also let us know what all lines you see on the plan details page. Or provide an image of it without any identifiable information..

hi

I added on the usa talk and text and data roaming.

I did it twice and was charged twice. I restarted my phone. nothing works

@patti8888 - rings busy when someone tries to call you, or when you try to make outgoing calls?

If you see a Roaming Addon listed in your Plan Details section: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/

then you added it to your account correctly.

 

Try restarting your phone, or performing a reset of the network settings of your device.

You will need to purchase a US roaming calling or data or both plan for your phone to work in the US.

Just login to your account, (2 step process)

 

1 - add the amount of the plan you wish

2 - make your purchase online.
