I got a new sim card but when I try to change it on self serve I keep getting an error, what should I do?

Couple questions I would have, @Pswinks
What is prompting the need to change the SIM card?
How long has it been since you had active service with Public Mobile? (presuming you DON'T have service now)

Here is how you can change your SIM:
1. Log into your Self Serve↗ account
2. Go to 'Plans and Add-Ons'
3. Select 'Change Sim Card'
Enter your new 19-digits SIM card number into the field. This number is found on the back of the SIM card packaging
If you suspended your service, you need to resume it.
If you suspended your service due to a lost phone or SIM, here's how to resume service:
