I have trouble to port my koodo phone number to my PM phone.

When I tried to port the number this evening, it said it has some troubles.

Its all prepaid service fastest way to contact mod is by sending a private message check my earlier reply there's a link for how to contact mod and send a message to them

thank you guys for your reply. l tried to port the koodo number after activation of a new PM number. However, when I check the eligibility of my number, thesystem said 'we are experiencing difficulties, contact PM'.

Is there a customer support phone number?

If you are still stuck make sure to contact a mod

It's an active mobile or landline numberWe have service in that areaIt's from a service provider in the same local calling areaNumber Portability is available in that area

Tips for moving to Public Mobile

 

Keep it live. Don't cancel your current service before switching to us. Your phone number must be active in order to move itHave it at hand. Have your phone, an invoice from your current service provider and if possible, your service agreement handy when you move your number. Just to be safe, you should review your existing service agreement to find out what charges might applyDon't delegate. Only the authorized account holder can transfer a number
