I have paid for my subscrition but can<t log in to my account...it sends texts to a cancelled phone

I can<t for the life of me understand why you would use my cancelled phone number to try and verify my identity...I have paid, received an email confirming...yet can<t login to finish my subscription and activate may phone

did you try to port a phone number into PM that is no longer active?  it won't work

you need PM to help to sort it out.
