I have not gotten the 30 day free credit I signed up on the 22 of December 2018
I went to the same store on the 31 of December 2018 and his account has already been credited for his plan for the free month
I am very confused as to where my credit is

If you met all of the rules for the 2nd month free, but didn't get the credit, you need to contact moderator team .

I believe most credits are applied in the following month. I just made the switch from Telus last month and just received my first $10 credit in my account today to be applied to my next bill. If you don't see it in your account for month two, I'd contact the Mods. Hope this helps.
