I am unable to buy a new esim fr a new device i just purchased. There are no options in my account for me to purchase a new one. I need to keep y number HELP!!!

@Bevery In your screen shot tab the + in the circle bottom left . And go to subscriptions add on page . Then you will see it you in the overview page

@Bevery You can’t transfer esim to another phone you need to re buy one . So with new phone download the PM app and log k to your account . Go to subscription add on page . Notice at the bottom in my screen shot “shop SIM card now “ tap it and select eSIM download and install that’s it you will have your number on your new phone
