I have been trying to pay for weeks now

The 611 system relies on me having already registered my credit card. It doesn't allow the registration of new credit cards either. Furthermore, the online self-serve system has me dealing with the following UI problems:
 
- It doesn't show me my balance owing
- It doesn't show me my available funds or payment due date 
- It doesn't let me pay. Take a look at the 'Make a Payment' page where NONE OF THE INFORMATION is filled in, nor can be filled in. 
- It doesn't let me register a new credit card. The menu doesn't provide any information on Available Funds, Amount Due, and Amount to Add.
- Hitting "Register" or "Save" results in the page reloading all over again with nothing signalling whether the card has been registered or not. Upon checking out the payments page and 611 repeatedly, I can see that my credit card hasn't been updated.
- 611 provides no menu for registering a credit card, and filling out the form on self-serve as shown here has warranted nothing.
- After asking for support on community modmail, all they did was whitelist the credit card I cancelled 😕
 
 I've spent many hours dealing with this. I'm not even sure if I can port my phone number over to a new provider given my account is currently suspended after being unable to pay for my plan due to the reasons above.

@stailor, use the web site, it is a lot more user friendly than the 611 service you describe.  As for your concern about not being able to port if the account is suspended, the concern is well founded.  You can only port from an active account.  Before you leave, take a look at the latest promos.  This may be reason to stay.

have you tried a different browser or incognito mode?  you could also try buying a vouture from shell fi you see the vouture option.
