I have a Q10 and am having trouble sending picture messages.

 I cant send a picture thru text messaging. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt? Not sure if its a setting or the service? BBm picture message works instantly.

Hello,

You stated that you upgraded. Was the upgrade to BB10?

In order to send or receive MMS, you do not require a data plan, but you do require the APN settings to be configured for MMS and Internet data. Plus, data must be in the "on" position to send and receive MMS. By doing so, you are creating a data portal through which MMS can travel.

Worked fine few weeks ago when i was with Wind. Yes still have the problems even after update. Sometimes it works thats the weird part.

hmmmmm i just tried my z10 with no problems. Have you updated to the latest software? had this worked before? are you still experiencing this problem?

Hi @joemob,

have you configured your APN settings? If they're not setup for Public Mobile you will not be able to send pictures via text message.
