I get an "Invalid SIM" error when I try to do an Account Setup

I purchased a SIM card about 6 months ago and am just activating it now. Do they expire?

I've triple checked the SIM number from the card but still get an "Invalid SIM" error on the Account Setup page

Sim cards don't expire.  Try waiting an hour and use a different browser and incognito mode.  Also clear your cache and cookies.  If you still have problems then contact a moderator.
