whats up. I cant call my phone or my spouses phone. keep getting fast busy signal. Are accounts are all payed up and active??

@scottim Check and make sure that you haven't setup call forwarding on your phone.
You should be able to call 611 and get your account status.

@scottim restart your phone, turn it off, wait 30 seconds and restart it. Stay safe.
