I feel ripped off

I started with a 90dy plan and afterwards when the plan ran out,I wanted to change my plan. Everything was going smoothly but as soon as I topped up my account for the new plan,the ones who are running this childs play company decided to change their minds and keep my money and if I want to have service then I must re activate my previous account. If not then it says I must relinquish whatever funds are attached to old plan B4 they will allow me to change.

@Littleslovak, not sure I was able to completely follow.  But...

There is a known limitation that you cannot change plans yourself if you account goes into suspension.  Not sure if that is you situation.  If you put money into your account, and it is enough to cover the previously suspended plan, that previous plan will reactivate.  If you want to switch plan, you would need to have  moderator do it for you (when an account is suspended).  Even if the account reactivated even though that was not your desire, If you contact the moderators and explain the situation, they are usually quite accomodating.  You do not need to change your account yourself and give up what you paid during the initail re-activation.

If your plan ran out and was in a suspended state you can't change your plan but hte MODS are able to.  Are you saying that the moderators said you MUST get the same plan for another 90 days?  IF you have the right amount of available funds showing in your account and it is in a suspended state the MODS should change this for you, but they are not willing to do this?
