Just keep your eyes on the envelope icon to pm chat with a CS_Agent.

They are available from 6:00am to 11:00pm EST.

The only way to talk to PM agent is through personal mail at Community.

If you got ticket you should contact them this way??

 

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
