I cannot receive incoming ,and cannot do outing calls is anybody have same issue since one week

@Kanwal , there were issues affecting customer account some time ago. The issue was supposedly resolved. There have been a few customers noting that they continue to be without service. Perhaps your account continues to be affected. If you don't have any further appetite to troubleshoot, why not reach out to the moderator team and get them to look into the matter. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Please include a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution. This will speed up problem resolution significantly. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.

@Kanwal you can already write a message to the moderator here for more help....https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 give them details of your problem. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days. Be patient.

Is it a new activation? Did you port your number? Can you give us more details please?
