I cannot make phone calls except emergency phone calls. When I try to make a phone call I get a message saying mobile network is not available. What do I do ?

@anatolie I think she forgot to pay her bill as she was asking the same question a month earlier around the same date of her last payment.

If you paid everything and you're phone takes only 911 calls that means you're phone is not compatible with. Public Mobile network and you might need to buy new phone. Same problem had a week ago.

Yes. If Network is offline, That can occur. If payment is due, and you haven't topped up, Plan expired and that's why
