I cannot activate eSIM. Nothing works. What should I do?

Hi! 
I purchased PublicMobile abonnement and eSIM. I cannot activate it. Nothing works: neither network reset, nor eliminating all possible physical sims. To make matters worse, out of desperation, I ordered the physical sim and the online system told me the following: “payment passed but order cannot be completed. Contact support”. 
What should I do? This is hell
