I can`t send any message (sms\mms). I`m an iphone user. Already tried restart an imessage function and restart my phone but it didn`t help at all. I can receive a message but can`t send it.

is this a new activation?
you can try to get a replacement sim card using the PM app. Go to Account page and Purchase sim card. The app might charge you $5, you can pay first and ask support to reimburse

hi @Artem_Zhorniak both mobile data and voice work? did you check if you have any data left?
first, reboot the phone, then try Reset Network settings
if it fails, try to disable iMessage first and reenable after 5 mins after another reboot
i also suggest you to try your PM sim card on another phone
Last, ask support to check, and maybe refresh your account.
