I changed my number over to Public Mobile four days ago I can call out but can't receive calls or massages. What can I do? I can't submit a ticket (error 404 or other)

If you replied to the text with YES then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
If you didn’t reply with YES, you need a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you. Leave the old SIM in your phone since it should still work and porting wasn’t completed.

When you ported your number did you leave your previous provider’s sim in your phone to respond “Yes” to the text asking for authorization of the port?
If you didn’t respond within 90 minutes the port is cancelled. Based on the information you provided it sounds like you have a stuck port.
