I can’t make calls,

Hey there, so I just tried to make a call and it’s saying I can’t make calls because I don’t have an account. I pay with payment vouchers… so I don’t know.

what plan do you subscribe to ? If you have one of the older $15 plans with limited outgoing calling...maybe you've run outta time. If so, consider getting the $5 / 500 minutes ion Canada wide calling add-on. Those minutes will stay on your account until you use them up...even if that takes several months or more.

Is SMS texting work?

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on.

Also note that some voucher will take a day before your account is renewed so login online or app and see if your account is Subscribed.
