Good afternoon,
My service suddenly stopped allowing me to make calls. Every time I try to dial a number, after few seconds, the call is ended by a busy line sound. I tried dialing different numbers but I ended up with the same issue. The data service is also not working.
What is going on?

thank you for reaching out to us and for raising concern!
There currently seems to be an outage affecting both QC and ON - however service will be back up and running soon as our teams are actively working on fixing the issue. If you haven't done so already, please power cycle and test. If the issue persists, hang in there - it will be back up and running soon!

I am having the exact same issue... I can RECEIVE calls AND I can access the internet over mobile DATA.... I just can't dial out! Phone immediately hangs up when dialing.
