I've found when you enter your email and password into the login box, it can sometimes take a full minute or more for the site to respond.  Don't give up right away, it should eventually connect you.  Sometimes I get impatient and tap "Login" more than once,  I don't think it helps, but I've always ended up connected.  You may just have to be patient.

Have you tried the forgot password link?

If so, please note sometimes the email is delayed awhile. The link sent in email to reset password expires in 2 hours. Maybe try again and check your email including spam folder every 10 minutes to see if you receive it to reset your password.

If you still have trouble you will have to contact moderators.
