Click the envelope icon next to your profile. Click the pencil icon and in the "send to" field, type CS_Agent.
This hopefully will connect you to a customer service agent. Response might be delayed so I would suggest sending a message again after around 3-5 days if you get no response. Response will also be delayed if it's after a long weekend.

From there, typing in "customer support agent" will immeidatley provide the option to opne a ticket.
