I moved back to PM on Saturday and tried calling on that day plus on Sunday. I will try again today and if nothing changes, I will contact the moderators. Thanks everyone for the replies.

Does this happen with other numbers or just the one friend? Was everything working fine before and then stopped, or have you not been able to receive texts since joining PM?
As others mentioned, if you have recently ported over, it could be a stuck port.

@Arrow_1963, when did you port to Public Mobile? If it was within the past few hours, give it some more time, if it has been more than 24 hours, I would suggest messaging the Moderators using the below link to let them know your porting got stuck:
